Can I date his friend?

I went on a few dates with this guy, who I'll call Mike. On our last date, I slept with him. I wasn't really that into him, but I was horny. I don't want to date him anymore, but I think he's cool and I would really like to keep him as a friend. I'm not sure of his feelings on this (whether he just wants to be friends, or would like me to be his girl, or what). The problem is, I have developed feelings for his friend, who I'll call Steve. I'm 99% sure that Steve likes me as well, and I think that we would be great together. Would it be appropriate to date Steve? Is there any way to date Steve and stay friends with Mike? And if you guys were Steve, would you even be willing to date a girl your friend went out with? It was only 3 dates, but we did sleep together...what do you all think? I don't want to hurt anyone or cause drama
