First date - who calls who?

At the weekend I met a guy for a lunch date. I had met him on an internet dating site and he asked me out. Things went well and all in all the date lasted about 4 hours and he seemed interested. The end of the date was a bit rushed as we both had places to be and no firm plans where made for the next date but he did say that he would call or text during the week. I know its only Tuesday but I like him and would like to see him again. My question is should I contact him or should I wait for him to call? How long should I wait?

First date - who calls who?
It's Monday, honey. Wait till Thursday, and then call him.
Reply:Dude Call him if he turns you down then or says he is busy then you have made the attempt and the ball is in his court to call you back. By calling him you have shown interest in him and he knows it. If you do not recieve a call back then assume he didnt feel the same as you did. Being a straght dude i have had girls call me and ask me out after our first date because i was a dork and hadn;t called them back or just didnt want to call them back cause the date dudnt turn out very well. I see no problem with any of the parties of the previous date call each other. M/F F/F or M/M

ONE -- If you don't call, he may not call you either because you may BOTH be feeling the same way.


TWO -- if you do call, be ready for anything -----but don't NOT call or contact. What is the worst that can happen?

Reply:just call him. there's nothing wrong with that. Don't make it seem like ur blowing him off by not calling or bothering to contact him somehow.

Maybe its better for you and him to stay on the internet. Did you actually meet in a lunch place to eat or were you both eating at your computors?????
