This is our 3rd date and she said she wanted to go to the movies.

It means,iIf you are going to a movie that you do not care if you see it, then you've got a make-out session scheduled.
If you are going to a romantic movie, then "Time to get some condoms," because I think she's getting ready to go to the next step.
Seriously though, I would not rush into things too quickly because they can fade as fast as they fired up. And, nobody should engage in sex unless they both partners are emotionally maturr enough to handle it.
