Fifth date: he still asks me "you wanna split"? How shd I handle this?

It's bothering me. Why is he being so cheap? I have been through several dating situations over the years, and this was never an issue. The guy always genuinely offered to pay. I am 100% sure he is interested in seeing me now, and in the future (he eagerly sets up all the dates) and he even mentioned that he is exclusively dating me since he doesn't date more than 1 at any time. Should I bring this up to him, or keep quiet and play along? I hv no problem paying my share, but....I just feel he should genuinely offer to confidantly pay for us both atleast one time? I'd hate to spoil something good because of this issue. How should I put it across to him in a nice way? Your thoughts? I am feeling bitter and a bit resentful with this strange selfish behavior.

Dump his cheap ***. No Gentleman would go this long without offering to pay for a meal. You should be very resentful cause he does not respect you.
Reply:the only time the girl should ever have to pay for a date is after there has been a confirmed established long term relationship, until then he should be paying

Reply:Well if you guys are exclusive as you have said you are Than maybe offer to pay for you both next time you go out and maybe he will get the hint from that and follow suit. At least that way you are not feeling ackward about having to try and find a "nice" way of saying it. If after you have paid for a date and he still doesn't get the hint.................start filling your calandar and become unavailable when he wants to go out. If he asks why then you have to bite the bullet and tell him. Good Luck!!

You should dump the dude very fast and search for a new dude that is generous and will pay the bill all the time.
