Ive went on a date with this girl once and she didnt seem interested in me such as the typical affection. For example crossed her arms when we walked together. So I asummend she did not have interest in me. A few weeks later she flirts with me and I say what the hell i wonder , and asked her out on a 2nd date and she said yes. What does that mean? Shes not a shy person so i cant understand why she would be so standoffish and yet flirt with me and accept another date? any adive would be great especially from another female! thx!

she is actually insecure and crossing her arms and being standoffish is how she protects herself. she probably was surprised to find that she had a good time but didn't think you would ask her out again so she flirted a bit and you asked her out for a second date. she will probably be a little more receptive on this date, make it a good one.

Reply:Even if shes not generally shy, being around you could make her nervous, thats how i am! Is she flirty when more then you are in the general area? Its a comfort zone and when she is alone with you it gets scary!

I see you've mentioned a "few weeks" later and if this means 2 weeks for example - it could be signficant





The reason is is because chicks running on that monthly cycle, every month


will heat up for cheating/controlling/lying jerk types and a few weeks later will date (and will not do much else with) "nice guys"





They basically follow an alternate 2 week schedule with the jerk being their preferred ("date and bedmate) and 2 weeks later looking for non-jerks who they might date but someone they will rarely have sex with





I suspect you've been tagged a nice guy meaning while you might get dates now and then (until she dumps you) - she will be sleeping with the jerks during different times of the month - basically when she is fertile

Reply:It sounds to me like you're "any port in a storm" and she doesn't have anyone else to take her out and spend money on her. She flirts enough to keep your interest, but keeps you at bay when you're with her.





I think she's a potential "gold digger", and a manipulator. Tell her to burn the road up and find a lady who will deal straight with you.
