First Date Flower?

Hello everyone.





I have a date scheduled for this monday. We are having a "get to know you" date at a bar and meeting under the premise of watching the Eagles game. Normally I would bring along a carnation to a first date, but I am not sure what to do in this case; I am not quite sure about bringing a flower to a bar. I mean if it ends up that I am picking her up it is without a question that she will get one, but if we are meeting at the bar should I do the flower? What other suggetions could you give for a gift for a bar date?

Skip the flower this time. So the next time you two go out pick her up and give her an orchid instead of a carnation. Orchids are more sophisticated and exotic.
Reply:if you arent picking her up then i wouldnt do the flower. just pay for her on the first date.
Reply:i think you should get a rose, it is prettier then a carnation, but if you don't want to, try getting her jewelry or something more meaning full, maybe something of yours.
Reply:in my opinion i wouldn't do the flower thing at the bar. if you were picking her up yes i would do a flower. buy her a drink or two or three...heheh...but just don't get to over whelmed. this is a get to know her date like you said so. if she like the eagles them get her something with an eagle logo. im sure she would like both.
